All services offered by Certain Sight Ltd are for entertainment only and we cannot guarantee the accuracy of a reading or other service. You must be over 18 years of age to use any of our services and either be the bill payer or have the bill payer’s permission to pay for any service.

All calls to our Premium Rate Live Reader services are recorded; this is a requirement of Phone-paid Services Authority in the UK and ComReg in the Republic of Ireland. Calls to our Credit Card Booking and Customer Care lines are also recorded for security purposes.

Whilst Certain Sight Ltd believes all readers to be the best available, they are self-employed, sub contracted Readers and as such Certain Sight Ltd does not have control over the content of any readings, and therefore cannot accept responsibility as to the accuracy of content, given, expressed or implied or as to the suitability of the content for any purpose. Certain Sight Ltd will therefore not be liable, or accept liability, for any loss or damage of whatever nature which may result from content given in any reading or from any information supplied in this website.

Premium Rate Telephone Services

To use these services, you must either be the bill payer or have the bill payer’s permission to make the call.

Calls to our live service from within the UK cost £1.50 per minute plus your phone company’s access charge.

Calls to our live services from the Republic of Ireland cost €2.40 per minute from Eircom landlines, other networks may cost more, Service Provider Eircom UK, Calls are recorded and for entertainment, 18+ only, Customer care number +353 190 14576. Call content cannot be mediumistic in nature.

Calls paid for via your phone bill are restricted to 30 minutes. 25 minutes in Ireland – max spend (€60).

Credit Card Services

To use our credit card services, you must either be the cardholder or the cardholder must be present when the booking is made.

We charge £32.95 for the first 20 minutes and then £1.50 per minute thereafter. All charges are made in Sterling (GBP). International callers will be charged in British Pounds. [We may run promotional rates from time to time that will alter the initial 20 minute credit card charge – you will always be advised of this].

Calls may last a maximum of 90 minutes.

Psychic Light Ltd will appear as the named company on your credit card bill.

Credit Card Reading Satisfaction

If you are not satisfied with your reading and terminate your call within the first 5 minutes, on calling our Customer Care number: +44 (0)121 737 5059 we will endeavour to place you with an alternative reader for the full 20 minutes. If, however your call has lasted longer than 5 minutes before termination we will only be able to give you a reading for the time remaining of your pre-paid 20 minutes. A client’s right to the above may be withdrawn at Certain Sight Ltd discretion in cases of persistent complaints.

Text Services (UK)

Our text services for mobile/cellular phones are charged on a reverse billed SMS basis. The client pays their operators normal text charge to send a text to us and is charged at a Premium Rate to receive the return message. If a UK phone is being used outside of the UK on a ‘roaming’ basis additional costs to the operators’ standard text charge and the premium rate charges shown below may apply.

These services are only available from phones operating on the following UK networks: Orange, Vodafone, T Mobile, 3, Virgin and O2. Orange users are limited to a maximum £30 spend on text messages per short-code per calendar day.

The charge for using the Live Text Psychic Service is £1.50 per message received + your standard network charges. Between one and three replies may be needed from us to fully answer your question. You must be 18+ to use this service.

The Tarot Reading Text Service is charged as £3.00 for three cards, 18+ only.

The text services are provided by Psychic Light Ltd. If you are receiving free promotional texts and wish to opt-out, you are free to do so at any time. Barring of Access

Certain Sight Ltd may at its discretion temporarily or permanently bar a user’s access to any or all of our services in any of the following circumstances: User has misused our services in any way, is abusive to company employees or readers, has committed an act of fraud against Certain Sight Ltd or any of its associated companies.
